Scholarships Awarded
The Foundation had five Recipients in the 2018 - 2019 School Year and five Recipients in the 2019 - 2020 School Year. A total of 10 Recipients were awarded a grand total of $32,000
The Hubert H. Hoosman, Jr. Circle of Excellence Scholarship Foundation’s goal is to assist students in their quest for obtaining licenses, certifications, and degrees through institutions of higher education by providing a resource for the basic tool for success, their textbooks.
